In this episode homer had a dream that Mr Burns had an accident and needed a body transplant he decided that Homer was the greatest person. He got Smithers to cut off his head and stick it on Homer's left shoulder. Homer thought this was just a nightmare but when he woke up in the morning he still had Mr Burns' Head attatched to his shoulder. Of course this was in a halloween special and so it was nevre refferred to again.
