I tchy is the partner of the gruesome duo. He is the mouse that is 99% of the time responsible for the death of his pal Scratchy. Itchy has always been horrible apart from the time when Itchy and Scratchy's producers where hard up for story lines and all they said was, "Don't do drugs." Itchy now has a theme park, studios, and stores named after him all of which couldn't have been accomlished without the aid of his pal Scratchy.
